SEHA January 2012 Newsletter

Thinking of changing the landscaping in
your front yard?

Please submit your plans to the Architectural Control Committee for approval as legally required by our
Covenants and Restrictions. It’s a simple process and
the committee members are eager to work with
neighborhood residents to accommodate their wishes
and to maintain property values in the neighborhood.
A copy of these Covenants and Restrictions can be
found at the back of your neighborhood directory or
on this website.
Please contact the following ACC members with
questions or to submit plans:

The criteria for YOM this month included holiday
decorations in addition to a well maintained yard. The use of a SEHA lighted curbside holiday tree certainly influenced the selection too.

They want to make the courts more accessible to the many neighborhoods that use the facility.
